PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The extensible belt conveyor has been proved to be reasonable in parameters, advanced in structure and suitable for underground transportation, which has been widely used in large mines. With the development of large-scale, mechanization and automation of mines, the extensible belt conveyor is continuous transportation equipment with cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas and wire rope conveyor as traction loading components. It is mainly used for the crossheading transportation of the comprehensive mechanized coal face, and also for the crossheading and tunneling transportation of the general coal face. The conveyor is equipped with a belt storage device. With the continuous development of the face, the length of the crossheading or the tunneling changes, in order to meet the needs of shortening or elongation.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Wide range of transmission capacity. Strong transmission line adaptability. In addition to having a lap length between the transfer machine and the machine tail for face to advance fast, the body can be lengthened and shortened through the tape deployment device and the belt storage device, to effectively improve the crossheading transportation capacity and speed up the mining and tunneling.
2. Quick and reliable installation, low labor intensity. Non-fixed parts of the body adopt the bolt-free connection of the rapid replaceable bracket, having simple structure, easy to disassemble, low labor intensity, and short operating time. The tape tensioning device set in the fixing part of the body adopts electric winch instead of manual. High safety and low cost.
