PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The fixed belt conveyor is a versatile series of products that employs cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas, and steel cordconveyor belts as traction components for continuous conveying.
The belt conveyor is characterized by its large transport capacity, high climbing ability, low operating costs, and ease of use and maintenance, facilitating automated control of the transportation system.
The maximum size of material lumps conveyed by the belt conveyor depends on factors such as belt width, belt speed, trough angle, and inclination angle, as well as the frequency of large material lumps appearing.
The operating environment is generally within a temperature range of -25°C to +40°C. For locations with special requirements, such as high temperatures, cold environments, explosion-proof conditions, shock resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and waterproofing, corresponding protective measures should be taken.
Fixed belt conveyors are designed as component series. When selecting, one can choose, design, calculate, and assemble the entire machine based on the process route, different terrains, and working conditions. Manufacturers produce and supply according to the general drawing or component list. The designer is responsible for the overall performance parameters of the machine, while the manufacturer is responsible for the performance and quality of the components.
The conveyor should be installed indoors as much as possible. In open-air settings, protective covers should be added to the drive section.
This series of products can meet conditions such as horizontal, upward, and downward transportation. It can also adopt conveyingforms that combine convex and concave segments with straight segments.
