PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Low nose:
(1) Adopting compact design, new material and new technology to reduce noise;
(2) No oil storage tan;
(3) Lower than similar products in height;
(4) No need to change oil to improve the safety and reliability of power grid operation during the normal service life.
2. During the transformer packaging, vacuum oil filling technology is adopted to completely remove moisture from the transformer tank.
The transformer does not contact with the air after sealing which effectively prevent oxygen and water into the transformer and lead to loss of
insulation (insulation materials and oil aging), so it is not necessary to carry out regular oil test.
3. Reliable long-term service life: The fully sealed box cover and the box edge adopts bolt connection or welding structure, isolates the oil from air and the insulation will not be affected by moisture which greatly reduces the insulation aging speed and improves the service life.
4. Small size and nice appearance. The S13 plane laminated core series oil tank adopts corrugated plate radiator fin. When the oil temperature changes, changes in oil volume are compensated by the elastic expansion and shrinkage of the corrugated plate. The corrugated tank is with nice appearance, small size and small land occupation area.
5. Free of lifting core: Before the operation of the fully sealed transformer, it does not need to check the lifting center, so the user can save the cost of the lifting center check.
