PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The permanent magnet direct drive system has been proved to be reasonable in parameters and advanced in structure by industrial tests. It can fully meet the need of underground transportation, and has been widely used in large mines.
This drive system uses the gearless permanent magnet synchronous motor frequency conversion drive system, that is, the drive system combines the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the frequency converter, to realize the power transmission. The entire drive system has the high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and maintenance-free, high output torque, smooth start, constant torque control and other advantages, for removing-off the reducer and the hydraulic coupling.
Its successful research and development has made beneficial exploration for us to develop "green mining equipment" with independent intellectual property rights in the field of mining equipment.
