PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
Rectifier transformer is the power transformer of rectifying device. The rectifying device is characterized by the input AC from the primary side and the output DC from the secondary side through the rectifying element. A transformer used as the power supply of rectifying unit is called a rectifier transformer. Most of the industrial rectifying DC power supply is obtained from AC power grid through the rectifier transformer and rectifying device.
Main functions: Supply appropriate voltage to the rectifying system; Reduce the pollution of the power grid caused by the waveform distortion caused by the rectifier system.

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Stable electrical performance: Combined with load characteristics, voltage fluctuation of power grid and over-voltage of air, according to the load condition of rectifier transformer, the product determines reasonable and reliable insulation level and insulation model to ensure the reliable and stable electrical performance.
2. High dynamic stability: Product windings are with high mechanical strength and strong burst resistance to meet the extremely harsh load environment. In the designing and manufacturing process, the dynamic unstable source caused by the leakage of the transformer or the abnormal transportation can be eliminated. The product has high dynamic stability. High impedance,30% higher than the power transformer of the same capacity which effectively protect the rectifier components;
3. Good thermal stability: Strictly control the heating position and the hottest temperature rise of the product and leave sufficient temperature rise margin. Axial air duct can be added in the coil when necessary, select cooling method and reasonable distribution of gas flow according to the coil load loss value to achieve the best cooling effect and the main temperature rise index is at least 5 ºC lower than the national standard. The coil and lead is copper wire, and the current density is low;
4. Strong overload capacity: The product is with strong overload capacity and over-voltage capacity which can be long-term safe operation under rated load and under 110% over-voltage (ambient temperature 40 ºC);The terminal connected with the motor can withstand 1.5 times of the rated current and lasting 5S. Product design and manufacturing fully consider the load characteristics, select from temperature rise, insulation and accessories to meet the overload requirements;
5. Superior performance index: Free load current design and manufacturing value is lower than the national standard value transformer of the same capacity when fully considers the economy and reliability of users;
6. The energy-saving effect is obvious and the noise is low;
7. Simplified structure and nice appearance.
