PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
Mine explosion isolation mobile substation is a mobile complete set of equipment composed of dry-type transformer, high-voltage load switch or high-voltage vacuum switch, cable connector and low-voltage feed switch or low-voltage protection box etc.. It can be used to provide power supply for comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipment or hand-held electric drill and lighting in places where the underground environment is damp and contains gas and coal dust with the risk of explosion.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
I. Low free load loss.
1. Adopt high-quality silicon steel sheet;
2. The coiled core transformer can make full use of the orientation of silicon steel sheet and restore its magnetism through annealing process, so that its free load loss can be reduced by 20% -35%.
II. Low noise
1. The noise mainly comes from the core and is transmitted to the surrounding area by the shell;
2. Noise reduction measures:
A. In order to reduce the noise source, the coiled core adopts seamless core with compact structure, small magnetic hysteresis expansion and contraction and low noise.
B.The joint place adds the silica gel plate, cut off the transmission way of the noise.
III. Light weight and small volume.
IV. The mobile substation has explosion-proof and moisture-proof performance.
V. The mobile substation has perfect overload, short circuit and electric leakage protection. There are electrical or mechanical interlocks between high-and low-voltage switches, high-voltage switches and upper-level circuit breakers.
VI. Energy-saving and environmental protection.
1. Uses the imported DuPont Co., Ltd. class C insulation heat-resistant grade Nomex paper packaging line, with air insulation, cooling, pollution-free to the environment and long service life of the product; Products can be decomposed and recycled after their life;
2. Adopting high-quality 30Q120 cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet and oxygen-free copper wire to make the actual total loss is lower than that of similar products both at home and abroad so as to save energy and reduce noise.

APPLICATION AREA
It is mainly used as the main switch of the power supply system in the low voltage side of AC 50Hz, rated voltage 3300V, 1140V, 660V and rated current 1000A in the underground coal mine, and it is used in combination with the transformer capacity of 200~1600kva. It can be used in places where the altitude is 2000m with relative air humidity over 95% and the ambient temperature is -5 ºC ~ 40 ºC and with no dripping water or water immersion as well as places where there is no strong vibration and the vertical installation is inclined more than 15° and with the danger of methane and coal dust explosion. It is also with the high and low voltage interlocking function, which can realize the protection of leakage, lock-up, short circuit, overload, over-voltage and under-voltage etc.. Control and protect the power supply system with 10kv/ 50Hz of shifting high voltage side and ungrounded neutral point below current 630A. It is also used as a high voltage side switch with 10kv shifting low voltage section high voltage. It is also suitable for gas and vapor environment that are not good enough to corrode metals and damage insulation.
