PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The endless rope continuous tractor is common rail transportation equipment, which is hauled by wire rope in underground roadway of coal mine and metal mine. It is suitable for direct transportation in long-distance, large inclined angle, variable slope and large tonnage working conditions of face crossheading, mining area uphill (downhill) and concentrated rail lane material, equipment and other system within running lines. And it can also be used for rail transportation of underground roadway, ground slope not more than 15 ° and fluctuation of metal mine.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Easy operation and high reliability. Adopting mechanical transmission, it bears compact structure, easy to operate, greatly improving the workers' operability and equipment reliability. Allowing direct transportation inside section, it doesn't need transfer, to reduce the number of times for manpower to turn back, reducing the labor intensity and greatly the management difficulty.
2. Frequency conversion speed control. Adopting the advanced frequency conversion control system, it bears wide speed adjustment range and high precision.
3. The simulation shows the shuttle car's running position and running speed.
4. Flexible arrangement of the system. The continuous tractor can be arranged not only along the rail, but also parallel or perpendicular to the rail. Traction mode can be double-track single-hook lifted, but also three-track double-hook or four-track double-hook lifted. The wire rope may be in the rail at the same time, or the main rope in the middle of the rail and the auxiliary rope out of the rail.
5. Adaptability and wide use. Continuous tractor can be used in the crossheading, or in the uphill (downhill), or in the transport lane, as well as supporting services in sub-inclined shaft and after excavation.
6. Conveniently configured for the continuous tractor system. According to different working conditions, different wheel-group configuration can be used to meet the different requirements of ramp fluctuation. The special bending device can be configured for horizontal curve transportation.
7. The continuous tractor is equipped with two sets of braking systems for safe and efficient operation. The safety lock adopts the normally closed structure, the power off and brake contracting, so that the work is reliable, and meets the requirement of the procedure.
8. The shuttle car has the function of rope break protection.
